I was previously a funded Proposer in Project Catalyst Fund 10 for the proposals Cardano Hub Surabaya and Cardano Workshop Jakarta, and Cardano Woman Indonesia.

I believe that my ability to foster strong relationships, create inclusive spaces, and drive community growth will be invaluable in this role. I am passionate about helping to build a vibrant and supportive community for Cardano enthusiasts and look forward to contributing my skills and knowledge to the Membership and Community Committee.

What is your experiences within Intersect and Cardano?

I have experience in the Cardano ecosystem as a Core team in building Cardano Hub Surabaya, Host Lead Cardano Summit 2023 and Co-host Cardano Summit 2024. At the beginning of entering the Cardano ecosystem in Indonesia, I contributed as a volunteer to maintain the Cardano Indonesia Community on Telegram & Community Social Media, I became a team to manage the budgeting of the Cardano Estern Townhall, and I was also one of the initiators to organize the Cardano Indonesia meetup in Surabaya, Bandung, and Jakarta. In March 2024 I was appointed as Cardano Ambassador Indonesia with the role of meetup organizer and in September 2024 I assisted Randy (Host Lead Cardano Constitutional Workshop-Bandung 2024) as Cohost at Cardano Constitutional Workshop-Bandung 2024. I also initiated Cardano Woman Indonesia

What are your pledges and plans should you be elected?

If elected to the Membership and Community Committee, I pledge to create an inclusive and vibrant Cardano community. With my experience as a volunteer at Maintaining Cardano Hub Indonesia, organizer of Cardano Hub Surabaya, and member of Cardano Woman Indonesia, I will focus on strengthening member engagement, promoting diversity, and enhancing communication among community members. My plans include organizing regular community events, both online and offline, establishing mentorship programs, and developing online resources to support member learning. I will also collaborate with other Cardano communities to expand our network and share best practices.

Why should the community vote for you?

The community should vote for me because of my proven track record in building and managing Cardano communities. As a volunteer for Maintaining Cardano Hub Indonesia, organizer for Cardano Hub Surabaya, and a member of Cardano Woman Indonesia, I have a deep understanding of the unique needs and interests of the Indonesian Cardano community.

My strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster inclusive environments make me well-suited to create a welcoming space for all members. I have a clear vision for growing the Cardano community in Indonesia and am committed to leveraging my experience and passion to contribute to the success of the Membership and Community Committee.

Do you have any other Cardano affiliations or possible conflicts of interests, including you as an individual or an enterprise you are associated with?

Since my initial involvement in the Cardano ecosystem, I have been volunteering. Currently, I am serving as a Cardano Ambassador and actively participating in various roles within Project Catalyst.

I was previously a funded Proposer in Project Catalyst Fund 10 for the proposals Cardano Hub Surabaya and Cardano Workshop Jakarta, and Cardano Woman Indonesia.
