# Requirements and considerations

## Seats available 

Two available seats and are paid positions. 

## Term length

Each seat has a term of one-year.

## Remuneration 

The annual remuneration for each seat is $35,000, 

## Time Commitment

An expected commitment of 2 days per month, which includes attending board meetings and reviewing materials.
