The Membership and Community Committee takes care of the deployment and keeping of a community that is engaged and inclusive. The activities from recruiting the new members to retaining and supporting the existing ones, happening community engagement activities, and being a mediator between members and leadership drive is by the committee. The committee sees to it that members are motivated to contribute, this process creates an arena for partners and staff to collaborate and distribute knowledge. Should I be included, I would concentrate on improved relationships with members and increased engagement to support an active, innovative environment.

Over the past four years, I have actively engaged with the Cardano blockchain, smart contracts, and staking mechanisms. Through Cardano’s community-driven approach, I’ve connected with other professionals and developers, exchanging insights and collaborating on projects. My involvement with Intersect over the past year has further deepened these connections, as I’ve worked with like-minded individuals to integrate blockchain technology&#x20;

If I were to be elected, I would commit to promoting community engagement as a first priority, ensuring the preparation of newcomers is done thorough with the goal of equal participation and innovation led by the open-source community. It is my firm vow to hear every voice in the community, thereby establish decision making through a broad scale of community engagement by encouraging interdisciplinary collaborations, particularly between the tech and the healthcare sectors. For me, the purpose is to create a closely knit, creative and successful community.
