Plus, it’s an opportunity to help the community grow in a way that aligns with our mission. I also see it as a great chance to further develop my leadership and communication skills, especially by engaging with a diverse group of members and understanding their needs.

Given my background in leadership, advocacy, and enterprise development, I feel like this role would allow me to put my strengths to good use and contribute meaningfully.
