I think a role like Community Engagement Coordinator or Membership Development Lead within the Membership and Community Committee would be a great fit for me. These roles focus on building relationships with members, organizing events, and encouraging active participation, which really resonates with my experience.

I enjoy bringing people together and fostering meaningful connections, so the idea of working on community building and strategic growth is exciting. Plus, it’s an opportunity to help the community grow in a way that aligns with our mission. I also see it as a great chance to further develop my leadership and communication skills, especially by engaging with a diverse group of members and understanding their needs.

Given my background in leadership, advocacy, and enterprise development, I feel like this role would allow me to put my strengths to good use and contribute meaningfully.

What is your experiences within Intersect and Cardano?

it has enhanced my understanding of how DeFi is reshaping traditional finance and how it can be leveraged for financial inclusion.

What are your pledges and plans should you be elected?

I will work to create more opportunities for members to actively participate in discussions, events, and initiatives. This includes organizing regular virtual meetups, workshops, and networking events that allow members to share knowledge, collaborate on projects, and strengthen their connections.

As the community evolves, I will focus on helping members grow through mentorship programs, educational resources, and skill-building opportunities. My goal is to empower individuals within the community to reach their full potential and contribute effectively.
