Yes, I am particularly interested in serving as a Voting Member on the Budget Committee. My extensive background in management, investment consulting, and client relations equips me to contribute effectively in this role. Leadership Experience: I served as a country manager for a multinational IT engineering company for four years, where I was responsible for strategic planning, budget oversight, and operational leadership at an international level.
Investment and Startup Expertise: As a startup coach and investment consultant in Croatia, I guided emerging businesses through critical growth phases and provided insights on investment opportunities, honing my ability to assess value and allocate resources wisely. Current Role in the Cardano Ecosystem: Currently, I am a Client Partner at Modus Create, managing relationships with IOG and Intersect. I actively support other blockchain startups within the Cardano ecosystem, which has deepened my understanding of the unique financial and operational challenges in this space.
Being a Voting Member of the Budget Committee would allow me to leverage my experience to ensure effective resource allocation and strategic financial planning for Cardano. I am already heavily involved in the community and am passionate about contributing my expertise to further develop this Movement for Change.
What is your experiences within Intersect and Cardano?
Since mid-2023, I have been a driving force in building the Intersect MBO, serving as a key liaison between Tweag and Intersect. I have played a role in developing the OSPO and spearheading business initiatives centered around the Cardano network. I am actively consulting on multiple business projects that are building their solutions on Cardano. Additionally, I maintain strong connections with IOG's executive development team on matters related to Cardano's development. Most recently, I facilitated the completion of Genesis Ouroboros, showcasing my commitment and impact on our latest efforts.
What are your pledges and plans should you be elected?
I pledge to leverage my extensive experience and deep connections within the Cardano community to further the platform's aspirational goals. My plans include:
Strategic Financial Oversight: As a Voting Member on the Budget Committee, I will ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to projects that drive innovation and add significant value to the Cardano platform. Fostering Innovation: I plan to support and mentor startups within the Cardano ecosystem, utilizing my background as a startup coach and investment consultant to help them succeed.
Strengthening Collaborations: By leveraging my relationships with established development teams and other key stakeholders, I aim to enhance collaboration and streamline efforts toward building Cardano. Bringing multiple qualified development teams to drive the innovation further. Enhancing the OSPO and Business Initiatives: I will continue to develop the Open Source Project Office (OSPO) and spearhead business initiatives that expand Cardano's reach and impact.
Promoting Transparency and Inclusivity: I am committed to ensuring that the committee's decisions are transparent and that community feedback is actively sought and considered.
