Is there a particular role within the committee that you are interested in, if so which and why? (if applicable)

I am not aware of the individual roles within the Budget Committee. However, based on my experience and insight I will and would be a welcomed addition to any role that requires planning, oversight or compliance of the budget. I have diverse experience managing teams and pulling segmented data together via analysis to make reasonable decisions. You will have Key performance indicators (KPIs) ready in order to see and judge progress based pn substantial data sets.

What is your experiences within Intersect and Cardano?

Attended the Cardano Constitutional workshop and consulting for a project that is a member of Intersect. Additionally, I have kept to date on the website and support the Five Pillars. I know Intersect is a key staple for the Cardano Ecosystem and benefit for the community and new projects. Nothing like this really exists for other blockchains. Intersect sets Cardano apart from the pack.

What are your pledges and plans should you be elected?

I plan and pledge to bring integrity, ethics and an openbook mindset. Items will and must be supported. No conflict of interest. Above all I intend to bring respect, professionally and personally treating those the same with 10 or 10 million ADA. I wish to maintain the core values of decentralization and maintain the Five Pillars of intersect.

The community should vote for me because I will represent the community, that simple. The community is the success of CARDANO and I am here to translate their voices to those at Intersect. Additionally, see my experience:

Current: Project Manager (SME Manager No direct Reports) Honeywell International Planned and executed budgets for IT projects, collecting stake holder data and documenting business and customer needs in order to assess what will be critical for immediate implementation, following year or out year future improvements and proposed costs.

Created and audited policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Honeywell master compliance strategy and applicable laws and regulations. Costs are calculated via information at hand and conducting market research for similar or like projects available to the public considering time, overhead, expertise, materials which can come from several sources.

Managed several IT projects bridging the gap between the development team and stake holders across various time zones within the USA and international. Created process flow diagrams and build requirements documents with input from multiple stakeholders for deliverable to development team for project development. Reviewed, tracked and maintained various project phases for delays, delay root cause and on track actions.

Led/leading multiple projects for which I developed the Build Requirement Documents for several projects for IT to execute, each project was geared for compliance, process improvement, and cost savings for Honeywell across multiple departments.

Complete analysis of contracts identify opportunities for enhancing management of program operations. Steered business, accounting, and inventory systems audits for compliance with contracts and applicable regulations drafted reports, shared information with team members, offered training/guidance, and updated executive leadership on findings. Track project deliverables and perform root cause corrective actions for any delays

Meticulous and engaging Auditor With 12+ years of experience providing leadership and analytical insights while navigating complex auditing processes and regulations to mitigate risks and create fiscally beneficial solutions. Demonstrated expertise in business, and accounting working for the Federal Government. Auditing Financial Systems, Budgets, Financial Records, Contract Records and accounting from Pre/post award.

Collaborated with internal/external stakeholders and cultivates excellent working relationships with culturally diverse populations. Served as acting supervisor provided technical guidance to audit team members to ensure audit results conform to relevant criteria, such as GAAP, FAR, CAS, and contract terms monitored audit progress to identify adjustments, quality, and resources needed to meet deadlines.

Determined program requirements versus contractor process and made recommendations emphasized audit approaches, program controls, and operational procedures provided valuable data to customers.
